About this data
This page shows vote counts for the November 3, 2026 U.S. House, Senate and Governor elections as they are published by official state election offices, collected by this site's server and stored so the night can be replayed. Visitors' browsers read only this site; they never contact the sources directly.
Sources
- Open America (openamerica.io): results read from official state election offices. Covers 22 states as of November 1, 2026: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, MN, NC, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WV. It does not call races.
- Other sources (direct state feeds, decision desks) are listed on the Data Coverage tab only once they are connected and verified.
How to read it
- Leading means a candidate has the most votes counted so far. It is not a win.
- Called appears only when a named decision desk has called a race, and names that desk. This site never calls races.
- Certified is a separate, later step by election officials. 100% of precincts reporting is not certification.
- "Reporting" is shown with the source's own definition, usually precincts reporting, which is not the share of votes counted. Some states publish no reporting figure; it is shown as not published.
- Counts can go down when officials correct them. Corrections are shown, not hidden.
- A state with no connected source is marked as unavailable. Missing data is never treated as zero votes, and no national seat tally is computed from partial coverage.
- Demo data is synthetic, uses placeholder names, and is always labeled. 2024 results are historical and labeled as such.
